Terri Seiler Site Source Real Estate, LLC was founded by Terri Seiler, an executive with more than 25 years of development experience in real estate and construction in a retail environment. She has a proven track record in large multi-national corporations as well as turn-around situations in smaller organizations. A results-oriented executive, Terri is experienced in strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis, financial evaluation of proposals, and meeting commitments. She is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, CTCAR, CREW, and a state officer for ICSC, serving as chair of the Governmental Relations Committee. She is a cum laude graduate from the University of Houston. She is licensed as a real estate broker in Texas.

Jeannie DeFazio Jeannie has over 30 years of leasing, tenant representation, development, acquisition, and brokerage experience. Prior to joining the SiteSource team she provided real estate consulting, tenant and landlord representation, and development services for her own company, Terra International. Prior experience includes Vice President - Development for Blackhawk Development; Regional Vice President of Leasing for Cousins Properties (retail properties in Kansas City, Houston, and Austin); Vice President at Watt Genton Associates (where she created over 1.5 million square feet of retail development, including three Target projects); Real Estate Director for Regis Corporation, Payless Shoe Source, Factory 2-U Stores, and Animal Health. She is an active member of ICSC, ULI, CREW, and UCREW (a UT outreach program partnered with the McCombs School of Business). She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B. S. in Real Estate and Finance. She holds active real estate broker licenses in Texas and Califonia.

Cyndi Swendner Cyndi has more than 12 years experience in marketing, public relations, proposal writing and market research for major architecture and engineering firms in the Austin area. Her attention to detail and creative spirit helps the team in the preparation of approval packages and market analysis. She is a member of ICSC. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Texas real estate sales persons license.

Laura Mancini Laura joined the SiteSource team in 2010 with 10 years of commercial real estate experience in the Southwest and Central Texas markets. She is actively working on a national bank expansion project in Southern California. Her real estate career began at Arden Realty in Los Angeles as a project manager. Prior to joining the SiteSource team she was an Associate at Bourn Partners regional office in Austin, which managed development and brokerage of over 500 acres of land. Current affiliations include ICSC and CTCAR. She earned her Bachelors degree with honors from California State University Northridge and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Texas and Nevada.

Samantha Stevens Samantha joined SiteSource in 2010 to assist with business development, after 8 successful years as the owner of austinwoman magazine. Previously, she was a vice president with The Rouse Company, of Columbia, MD, responsible for leasing and management of more than 2.2 million square feet of commercial and retail proprerty. There she maintained business relationships with over 200 tenants, including First Union Bank, Ikon Office Solutions, Caterpillar, American Express, Lipton, and Marriott Services. During her 15-year career with Rouse, Samantha's roles included mall manager, mall marketing director, and reginonal marketing director—and, of course, ardent shopper—always understanding and supporting the needs of the retailers in their pursuit of success. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS degree in retail maketing. She is licensed as a sales person by the Texas Real Estate Commission. |
