Terri Seiler SiteSource Real Estate Services was founded by Terri Seiler, an executive with over 20 years of development experience in real estate and construction in a retail environment. She has a proven track record in large multi-national corporations as well as turn-around situations in smaller organizations. A results-oriented executive, Terri Seiler is experienced in strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis, financial evaluation of proposals, and meeting commitments. She is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, CTCAR, CREW, and a state officer for ICSC, serving as chair of the Governmental Relations Committee. |

Lauren Brunner Lauren joined the company in 2006 upon graduation from the University of Texas with a finance degree and concentration in commercial real estate. Her previous experience includes internships with Federal Development and with Surecap, a development firm in Austin, Texas. While attending college, she founded and operated her own business, Cotillion. Lauren specializes in site selection and retail leasing. She is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and ICSC. |

Cyndi Swendner Cyndi Swendner recently joined SiteSource as the director of marketing and research. She has more than 12 years experience in marketing and public relations in the architecture, engineering, healthcare and financial industries. Her experience includes creating proposals, preparing and executing strategic marketing plans and providing public relations services. She has a degree in public relations with a business foundations certification from the University of Texas at Austin. |
